So it’s the 1st March tomorrow, er what? Where did the last 2 months go?
I feel like i’ve really wasted the last 2 months, wasted as in i’ve been all talk & no real consistent action. But alas that is about to change, because I have decided to dedicate March, the full 31 days of March, to positive thinking, healthy eating & exercising with intensity.
I’m going to be focused, i’m going to push myself, i’m going to work harder & hopefully by the end of the month i’m going to be 31 successful days closer to achieving my ultimate goal.
In preparation for the big day tomorrow, I decided to make a March workout calendar (see below). I actually did start filling it out earlier but found that I was getting a little carried away, 2 hours of exercise 7 days a week for a month, I mean who was I kidding? I can’t go from zero exercise to working out as if I was training for a double marathon overnight.
So instead tonight i’m going to sit down, think clearly & realistically about what I want to achieve workout-wise each day & fill it out then. You know when my head isn’t filled with completely laughable ideas of olympic athlete stardom (i’ll post the updated version tomorrow).
In addition, tonight i’m going to do something that I have been putting off since the day I started this journey, i’m going to take the first of my progress photos. You have been warned!! Believe me when I say i’m incredibly apprehensive about it, but I figure there’s no better way to accurately showcase any changes to my body that all the exercise & healthy eating will hopefully be doing.
