  1. I often do this yoga sequence, although not in the morning as I’m barely awake enough in the mornings to get dressed for work. It’s a great sequence. I don’t know what I’d do without yoga. It’s a lifesaver when you’re fighting chronic pain.

    • What’s great about yoga is there are tons of variations for each pose. If you can’t do what’s pictured, there are one or two other similar poses you can do instead that aren’t as difficult. Yoga encourages you to listen to your botton and do what’s natural to you. You don’t have to look like the girl in this picture. Just getting up and moving, breathing, and stretching is great for your body.
