30 days of squatting, sounds easy enough right? Well that’s what I thought, turns out I was wrong, very wrong.

I just finished Day 1. 50 agonising squats that took every ounce of determination in me to complete, seriously who knew squatting was so damn difficult.

And I’m definitely feeling it already because I just got up from a chair & I seriously thought my legs were going to buckle underneath me. I guess that’s what happens when you are inactive for so long.

But I’m determined to complete the 30 days, because gone are the days when I start something only to lose interest & throw in the towel after a few attempts.

I’m interested to know if any of you have actually completed this challenge? Or better yet do any of you want to try & complete it with me?

    • It does look really hard. I’ve come across ones that were easier & harder, but decided to go with this middle of the road one. Will definitely let you know if I’m struggling & need to revise.

      • Cool! I didn’t want to be a hater, I just know I couldn’t do this because of DOMS (delayed onset of muscle soreness). I need a day’s rest/working out different muscle groups in between. But everyone’s body is different!
